These Terms and Conditions regulate the use of ZoomZoo’s services, including mall rides, event rentals, party toy rentals, and all booking, delivery, and usage of our motorized animal rides. By using our website, booking our services, or riding ZoomZoo equipment, you agree to these terms.

ZoomZoo provides:
Motorized animal rides for children aged 3 and up
Mall rides
Event and festival rentals
Birthday and private party rentals
Additional services such as delivery, pickup, onsite staff and weekend/evening delivery
All products and services remain the property of ZoomZoo at all times.
Rides are suitable for children 3 years and older.
Each ride includes a recommended maximum weight limit (usually 50–70 kg depending on the model). Users must follow the signage and staff instructions.
Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
ZoomZoo staff may supervise general ride safety but do not replace parental supervision.
Users must:
Ride at a slow, controlled pace
Avoid collisions with people, structures, or other riders
Follow all instructions given by ZoomZoo staff
Use the equipment only in designated areas
ZoomZoo reserves the right to stop a ride or deny service if safety rules are not followed.
Mall ride prices are fixed per time unit (5–60 minutes). Payment is made onsite or through approved payment methods.
Event bookings are made through our website or by contacting ZoomZoo directly.
Booking details must include:
Customer name
Contact information
Date and time of event
Location
Selected ride(s)
ZoomZoo reserves the right to reject bookings due to availability, safety concerns, or unsuitable environments.
Delivery fees apply according to distance:
0–15 km: €29
15–30 km: €49
Over 30 km: €1.50 per km or a custom quote
Evening/weekend delivery:
0–15 km: €34.80
15–30 km: €58.80
Over 30 km: €1.80 per km
Payments are processed through approved payment services. For online bookings, full payment must be completed before the event date.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event: full refund
Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% refund
Cancellations within 24 hours: no refund
Rescheduling is allowed at no extra cost if:
Requested at least 48 hours before the event
New time is available
ZoomZoo may cancel or postpone a booking in case of:
Severe weather
Safety concerns
Equipment malfunction
Unexpected staff or logistical issues
If ZoomZoo cancels, the customer receives:
A full refund or
The option to reschedule
You agree to:
Provide accurate booking details
Ensure the event location is safe, spacious and suitable for riding
Take reasonable care of the rented equipment
Supervise children during use
Ensure the equipment is used only as intended
Customers are responsible for any intentional or negligent damage to equipment.
ZoomZoo is not liable for:
Injuries resulting from misuse of the equipment
Lack of parental or guardian supervision
Collisions or accidents caused by user behaviour
Damage caused by customers or guests
If equipment fails during normal use, ZoomZoo will:
Replace the unit (if available), or
Offer a partial refund
Users acknowledge that:
Rides involve movement and require supervision
Parents/guardians are responsible for overseeing children
ZoomZoo’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by Finnish law.
ZoomZoo processes personal data according to:
